We make sure all waterproofing is done thoroughly and can be signed off. We also make sure the substrate is flat prior to tiling, and if its not we will do what we can to make it so prior to tiling. (‘Screeding’ an uneven substrate is another service Andy is skilled at, which is an art in itself. Get this right, and the tiling part is a breeze!)
